Prodigy
Accordion Sample Description
Prodigy is an online math game program that teachers can individualize for each student. There are over 1500 math skills that students can be tested on. It is fun for students and easy for teachers to manage.
Desmos
Desmos is an online graphing calculator that is free for all. It contains activities that teachers can use and assign in their classes. There are pre made activities and the option to make your own. Teachers can view their student's responses as they go through the activities.
Geogebra
Geogebra is another online graphing calculator. It contains a unique feature called exam mode that locks students on Geogebra so they can not access anything else to cheat on exams.
Big Ideas Math
Big Ideas Math is a website that contains math books and programs that simplify online learning. It costs money, but is provided for teachers in many districts.
Khan Academy
Khan Academy is a free resource that allows students to practice math skills at their own pace. Teachers have the ability to tailor instruction to their students' individual needs.
NCTM Illuminations
NCTM Illuminations contains a variety of interactives, such as algebra tiles, that can be used in a math classroom. The site also has many lesson plans that are free to educators.
Growth Mindset
Mindset Works
Having a growth mindset is important in school, but especially in a math class. This site has a variety of programs to work on a growth mindset at home or at school. Some of the programs are free and some cost money.
Math Anxiety Blog
This blog post is about math anxiety and how to reduce it in your classroom. This webpage also has resources for teaching geometry.
YouCubed
YouCubed has designed a Mathematical Mindset Guide to help teachers create or strengthen a growth mindset culture. This guide contains five Mathematical Mindset Practices along with links to teaching videos.

Real World Math is a collection of free math activities for Google Earth designed for students and educators. Mathematics is much more than a set of problems in a textbook. In the virtual world of Google Earth, concepts and challenges can be presented in a meaningful way that portray the usefulness of the ideas.
